!!! The sun ... the SUN .... THE SUN is
coming today !!!!!
Ohhhh
it feels so good today ..... even with
the temps in the 30's the sun just makes all the difference in the world ....
and it's not raining .... we can all be
outside soakin up the sun .... even the
hoomans are keeping their faces to the sun today and not looking thru those
cameras much .....
All
the pictures I bring to you in my diary every day are new never before seen
photo taken that day by the folks up close with the animals ......
When
we advertise tours as Up Close and In Your Face .... we're really not
kidding. No matter how big or small
.... everybody wants to jump up and climb all over their hooman visitors
..... well almost everybody ..... the ferals maybe not so much !!!
So
I made this deal with Wal-Mart a while back ....
I
said you can get me 200 cases of cat food?
And they said sure .... here ... just special order it .... and I
did. Then the man said it will be in in
about 43 weeks .... THREE WEEKS ....
dude! You ever waited 3 weeks for
eat? But that was the best they could
do. Booooo ...... so we begged and we pleaded .... and in 3
weeks they said huh ??? But in almost 4
weeks the dude called and said your cat food is here.
So
we went and filled up the truck ....
but it was only 144 cases ....
come on dude !!! Great ... so
I feed 72% of us ??? He said sorry ....
I think the rest will be here any day .....
three weeks go by ... and Wal-Mart THINKS it came in but can't find
it? Really ? You let me in your warehouse and I'll find that FIFTY SIX cases
of food ..... like that's a pretty
good pile .... HOW do you loose that???
So
till I find somebody else who'll make a big deal wif me, I needs to ask you to
buy all the cans your stores have and bring 'em out !!! Help help help ...

He
just joined us today .... and he's feeling mighty sick and miserable and scared
right now. Scared I think he'll recover
from real quick, and hopefully from the sick quick too. He's got some icky mouth issues going
on. Nothing we haven't seen and seen
fixed up quick before. Poor guy is
double positive. That means he is
testing positive for both the fiv and the feluk virus ... oh no .... so you know what that means most vets want
to do to him. Not our wonderful doc
!!!! Our doc knows double negatives
can have long happy healthy lives. And
if it's not long, it can still be healthy and happy!!! Come on Boots ... you show 'em !!!!!
Boots was somebody's yard cat and he started lookin skinny and sick, so they took him to their doc, and found out he was double positive. They were devastated, they'd wanted to help him and maybe let him move inside .... not kill him. So they said NO .... we're gonna find a safe place for him. So that's why he's here. Thank you for not killing him.
