Rikki’s Refuge will be gift wrapping at the Barnes and
Noble in Charlottesville, Virginia, USA to raise donations for cat food (and
dog food, and emus, pigs, guinea pigs, horses, ducks, geese, rabbits and all
the rest)
Gift wrappers are needed for the following shifts:
Friday December 14 from 5:00 pm till 7:00pm
Friday December 14 from 7:00 pm till 9:00pm
Monday December 17 from 5:00 pm till 7:00pm
Monday December 17 from 7:00 pm till 9:00pm
Tuesday December 18 from 5:00 pm till 7:00pm
Tuesday December 18 from 7:00 pm till 9:00pm
Ron’ll be there for every shift so just one other volunteer
per shift is needed but two would be great.

GERBILS NEED HOMES .....
A DC-area university has been ordered to get rid of 80
gerbils from its biology department immediately, within the week. The gerbils
were used for measuring oxygen intake and carbon dioxide output only.
If you can adopt some of them or can suggest any additional
rescue groups, please contact Holly ASAP at holly2059@verizon.net
