Earl Worick’s Personal Art Gallery
May 21 5-8 pm
22319 Lahore Rd, Orange Va 22960
Earl Worick 540-854-7348
Earl’s works are constructed from gourds!
It is my utmost pleasure to personally invite you to a special showing of this unique art at the home of Earl Worick. Please join us for an evening of hors d’ oeuvres and leisurely enjoyment of Earl’s artistry. His outstanding collection has been in the making for fifty-some years. His knowledge and perception in multiple aspects of art set him aside from many artists who specialize in one particular style. Earl grew up in a world that he viewed differently from his peers. He visualized most everything in a dissimilar light from those around him, and this strange view only enhanced his basic ideas that resulted in art of a special nature.
Gourds - not JUST for Halloween
Over eleven years of military and civilian assignments in the Far East, plus thirty-some years in California further improved his perception of art in many and unsuspected ways. The result of it all culminates in his remarkable collection of art in gourds and wood that he proudly displays at his residence.
Each Piece the artist has on display is one-of-a-kind and not for sale.
Three pieces of art will be given for door prizes
Please RSVP by Phone or Email to

No kidding about being really desperate
about cat food. Lena ran into mom’s office yesterday screaming, HELP HELP HELP I’ve only got enough canned cat food to make it thru Friday Morning!!! What am I going to do?
So mom called Candy and she ordered just over $1,000 of canned cat food from Wegmans. Their 13.2 ounce big cans used to be the best deal in town. And now the price is up again. Booo But we are desperate and no time to shop around. So the order went in. It’ll take a few days, as soon as it’s in, Dennis will treck to town with his truck and trailer and haul it all back. Num Num Num it better hurry cuz them chickens is starting to look mighty good .....
Ken discovered that Martin’s has 5.5 oz cans of cat food for 25 cents. He’s buying it all up in the stores on his way down to Rikki’s. Can you stop at any Martin’s near you and grab it up too?? Num num num
Also this weekend Lena is begging you to bring dish detergent, bleach (I know, I know, we use a lot, but it’s for my sanitation), trash bags, paper towels and canned dog food. Better feed them, they might eat me if they run out! Oh no!
So if you can’t bring me some canned cat food, could you help me out with the bill on the huge order mom placed. SHE’s the one who authorized it, so why am I the one who has to pay for it? ((((Vincent, ... it’s you and your kind gonna eat it .....)))) Oh. Ok mom. If you can spare enough dollars to just buy a couple cans I’d really appreciate it. But don’t you buy this if you don’t have enough to eat. I need you to eat too.
You can click here to help me out.
Or check out this cool raffle, the cost of all the tickets goes towards cat food too!!!!
