Voices' for Animals board member Mary Ellen Drayer and Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA Executive Director Susanne Kogut will be speaking at the Summit, which will cover topics of interest to anyone involved in feral cat advocacy, humane alternatives for helping homeless animals, and the nuts and bolts of TNR programs.
