!!!!
Well,
I wasn't feeling so good today. I had
an ear ache and SHE said I couldn't go out if I still hurt and slapped anybody
who touched my ear.

They
get tired of the goat slobbered water overnight and look forward to that
scrubbed clean bowl and nice fresh water every morning!!

was Acting Spokesdog
He's
filling in for the late Obie while the dogs are meeting and voting and trying
to decide who to nominate ..... they
better hurry up .... cus Cats vs Dogs where YOU can vote who will run the
Refuge for 2018 begins April 1 !!!!

my really tummy mommey and she lives here at Rikki's Refuge with me. She went cuz I had an ear ache. She like going to events and meeting our
fans too !!!

Their
story is coming soon to another National Geographic book about unusual animal
friends.
We've
had trees fall and smash our fencing in a few spots !!! it's one of those regular things. We need good strong fencing to keep our
animals contained and safe. It's a constant
expense and constant work.

fence is down we can go on a walk about !!!!! Ask for food .... not
fencing you silly girl !!!!

you help fix up our shelters too?
We're
just as important as the horses .... AND .... there are more of us !!!!
Our
shelters are in need of repair... we use these shelters to get out of the rain
and snow and to escape the summer heat.
Sometimes we kick the walls or chew on them ..... but lots of the damage is just from time and
weather.
We
share these houses with the goats too and they like to butt into the walls lots
of time. I don't get this whacking your
head against stuff all the time.
