TOMATO AND HERBS PIZZA
1¼ cups marinara sauce
1 vegetarian pizza crust (make your own or you can use store-bought
pre-made crusts, if you use pre-baked crusts make sure to adjust your
bake time!)
8 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced
1½ cups halved cherry tomatoes
¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
¼ cup chopped chives
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Spread marinara sauce over crust. Top with fresh mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.
3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven,
and top with parsley, basil, and chives. (baking times can vary, watch
your pizza!)

Remember CHOPS the pig that came to us a few weeks ago? Chops went to the vet. last week for neutering, here are a few photos for you to see how things went! (Everything went well, and Chops is back at Rikki's Refuge recuperating and being spoiled!)
