supposed to feed us ALL ?
Yikes ... I need YOUR help
!!! I’ve got more pumpkins than
volunteers!!!
OH NO .... please volunteer
to be a pumpkin loader or a pumpkin hauler .... we need help in Northern Virginia, down to Spotsylvania, and to
Richmond. And YOU can find a pumpkin
patch with left over pumpkins and haul from ANYWHERE .... Just let us know when you’re coming!!
All those pumpkin patches
and churches and nurseries selling pumpkins for Halloween ... want them GONE
afterwards ... starting Nov 1, most pumpkins are free for the taking (but
please ask first!).
The cows, goats, sheep,
horses, donkeys, rabbits, pigs, guinea pigs, pigeons, ducks, swans, geese,
pheasants, turkeys, guinea fowl, chickens, emus and even the iguanas just LOVE
to eat pumpkins .... everybody except
us cats and dogs ....
Please help us get the
pumpkins here. Not only is this super
nutritious for the animals .... it
saves a LOT of money on feed bills.
Please let us know that YOU
will help .... mail@RikkisRefuge.org we have locations scattered all over with
pumpkins waiting for Rikki’s Volunteers to haul .... please, please be a volunteer for this most important project !!!

Our first pumpkins arrived
last night at sunset .... over the next
week to ten days we need to haul in enough pumpkins to feed everyone for
several months .... please help us out
